The Overwatch League team in Houston, the Houston Outlaws, will host their first-ever homestand weekend Saturday, February 29–Sunday, March 1, at the Revention Music Center. The homestand is a family-friendly event featuring three Overwatch matches on Saturday, and four matches on Sunday. The Outlaws are one of 20 global teams competing in the Overwatch League, the first major global professional esports league with city-based teams across Asia, Europe, and North America. Weekend passes start at just $90 and are now available HERE, while supplies last.

As one of the most popular organizations in the Overwatch League, the Houston Outlaws proudly represent Houston, San Antonio, Austin, College Station, and surrounding areas. Boasting some of the most memorable personalities in the league as well as an industry-leading localized outreach program, the Houston Outlaws represent a significant milestone in the development of the future of esports. Working with partners such as T-Mobile, H-E-B, GameStop, and Turtle Beach, the Outlaws are a premier showcase for national and local esports activation. Through 2020, the team will play host to regular-season matches in their home marketing area. In November 2019, the team was purchased by Beasley Media Group.

“This next step in the evolution of the Overwatch League is going to make 2020 a very special year for esports fans across the globe,” said Houston Outlaws President Chris DeAppolonio. “We are beyond excited to have our team finally play at home in front of the best fans on the planet. This inaugural homestand is a can’t-miss event, and I look forward to all of our passionate Outlaws fans showing up strong in support of the team. Ante Up!”
